I am a theoretical particle physicist and a science comedian. I am an Assistant Professor at Durham University. Before this, I was a Research Fellow at Peterhouse, Cambridge and a DPhil student at Magdalen College, Oxford. My comedy takes an irreverent and occasionally surreal look at what theoretical physicists do all day – you can get a taster here. My research focuses on discovering new fundamental physics through astrophysical observations – you can find my publications here. I am married to the philosopher and legal theorist Karam Chadha.
